    If you have concerns or are not satisfied with the care provided, communicate with the home care agency or provider immediately. They should work with you to address any issues or make changes to ensure your satisfaction.
  • What tasks can a caregiver assist with?
    Caregivers can help with a wide range of tasks, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.
  • What qualifications and training do caregivers have?
    Caregivers should have the necessary certifications and training to provide quality care. This includes CPR and First Aid certification, background checks, and training in topics such as personal care, dementia care, and infection control.
  • How can I prevent caregiver burnout?
