Hilton Grange
Hilton Grange offers accommodation for people aged 55 and over. There are 62 two-bedroom apartments: 36 for rent and 26 are leasehold.
The service also offers a laundry room and other communal facilities such as a fitness suite, a multi-purpose room for events, two lounges and a library. A Housing with Support Manager is on site from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
Certain customers qualify for extra care which means they receive care from the onsite care team who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Overview
Throughout our extra care service we provide personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and household tasks. Additionally, we provide crucial emotional support, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and facilitate social visits to promote socialization and mental well-being. Through our holistic approach, our carers empower service users to maintain independence while enhancing their quality of life and sense of belonging within their community.
